As an exporter, you hold primary responsibility to your buyer in the EU.
Ensure you map all your suppliers from whom you buy the rubber.
Do have a clear discussion with your suppliers and encourage them to register their details and map you as their buyer.
All registrations will be cross-checked for proper mapping info.
Ensure you maintain regular communication with your suppliers, as they should record compliant transactions in the IntelliTrack mobile app to provide complete traceability of the rubber flow.
If you are a processor/manufacturer and an exporter, you must ensure that you maintain proper records for your internal processing of EUDR rubber/rubber products.
This involves appropriate segregation policies and procedures, which shall be followed by you and your suppliers. For specific training on such policies, you may approach the Rubber Board helpline.
You can define your process and procedure, upload relevant supporting documents to prove the same.
Rubber Board shall not assume any responsibility to verify or certify your internal processes nor the documents attached towards the same.
