    Pay One-Time Registration Fee

    As part of the estate registration process, a one-time registration fee is applicable based on the total area of the estate:

  • Estates with less than 50 hectares of land are exempt from any registration fee
  • Estates with 50 hectares or more are required to pay a one-time fee of ₹250 per hectare + applicable GST.

    • For Example, if your estate covers 60 hectares, the registration fee will be:
    60 hectares × ₹250 = ₹15,000 + GST /-


    The payment is mandatory for estates meeting the above threshold and must be completed during the registration process.

  • Identify the dealers to whom you are selling your rubber.
  • Select dealers/processors/manufacturers from the pre-registered list from Rubber Board.
  • You can add/delete buyers anytime in the future.

  • Declaration of Area for Mapping.
  • Payment for the Declared Area.
  • List how many plots of land you own.
  • Mention the geo coordinates of your land if available for analysis.
  • Keep ownership documents ready (refer to acceptable docs).
  • Reach out to the Rubber Board if you have doubts or wait for meetings.
