Create your free account by providing your company's CIN number and contact details.

Our user-friendly registration process ensures a seamless onboarding experience.

• Prepare a full list of farmers that you are buying from.
• Encourage the farmers to register in the farmers segment in this portal. Refer [Farmer Registration].
• Farmers registered and mapped by the Rubber Board as per the phase-wise plan would be automatically populated for you to map them under your suppliers' list.
• You can always add/delete farmers that you buy from in the future.
• You and the farmers will be trained on the IntelliTrack mobile app for recording all transactions in the future.

• If you are buying from another dealer/processor/manufacturer, you can add them as your supplier.
• Rubber Board will list all the registered 'dealers', and you may select the respective ones from such a list.
• Once the system is implemented in full, you and your suppliers will be trained to upload and record all transactions in the IntelliTrack mobile app.
• All such transactions would be eligible for EUDR supply as long as the relevant processes and procedures are followed.

• If you are supplying your rubber to other processors/manufacturers, they should be mapped as your buyers in the system.
• If you are supplying directly to an exporter of rubber products to the European Union, they have to be mapped under the Exporters segment.
• If your buyer has registered under the portal, they will automatically appear under the processor/manufacturer/exporter list.
• Kindly cross-check whether your buyer have mapped you as their supplier in this portal. Your list will be cross-checked with their list, and only if both sides match, you will be successful in doing the transactions in the future.
• Once you have successfully mapped your buyer, you can review all your details and submit.
• Rubber Board shall reach out to you once the sensitization meetings are organized in your region.
