Prepare a full list of all farmers, dealers, processors, or manufacturers that you are buying from and encourage the suppliers to register in this portal Farmer Registration
Farmers registered and mapped by the Rubber Board as per the phase-wise plan would be automatically populated for you to map them under your suppliers' list.
Rubber Board will list all the registered dealers/processors/manufacturers, and you may select your respective suppliers from the list.
Once the system is implemented in full, you and the suppliers will be trained on the IntelliTrack mobile app for recording all transactions in the future.
All such transactions would be eligible for EUDR supply as long as the relevant processes and procedures are followed.
If you are supplying your rubber to other dealers/processors/manufacturers, they should be mapped as your buyers in the system.
Kindly cross-check whether they have mapped you as their supplier in this portal. Your list will be cross-checked with their list, and only if both sides match, you will be successful in doing the transactions in the future.
If you are supplying your rubber to other dealers/processors/manufacturers, they should be mapped as your buyers in the system.
If you are supplying directly to an exporter of rubber products to the European Union, they have to be mapped under the Exporters segment.
If your buyer has registered under the portal, they will automatically appear under the dealer/processor/manufacturer/exporter list.

Once you have successfully mapped your buyer, you can review all your details and submit.
